Seth profiled by Toronto Life

There’s a nice, lengthy piece about cartoonist Seth in the current issue of Toronto Life, and lucky for us it’s available online in its entirety. Fans of Seth may not learn anything new, but it’s a nice introduction, and touches on his body of work, his fascination with the past, and how he got his start in comics.
UPDATE: If the Toronto Life link isn’t working for you, the peeps at Drawn & Quarterly have reprinted the text of the article (minus the accompanying photos).

All hail the greatest current Canadian artist. I had the pleasure of going to Drawn and Quarterly and saw Seth’s art up close. The man is out of this world. I collect all his stuff. Will pick up the issue tonight. Too bad he is stuck in the past, I would love to see more of his stuff on the net. Such a shame.
