Payne is a HUGE sports junky. Has done loads of work for Sports Illustrated and there is a lot of sport subject matter in his Our America series for Reader's Digest. Not to mention the kid's books he's illustrated like Casey at Bat, Mighty Jackie and Curse of the Bambino. Google him... C.F. Payne is a HUGE sports junky.
