excellent technic, powerfull!!!

just came out from his site.... its a really good work, i like the textures and how fluid the paintings seems.

amazing work. i love how loose his illustrations are.

Now this is a whole new way to look at comic book superheroes, huh? That kind of art amazes me! It's not something I can do though, so I guess I'm stuck working on my comic. Oh well, do what you can right?

Filter Jim Dine through early Hockney and Blake, add DC comics, extract all talent, call it Lister.

These are really terrific pieces. They remain iconic and recognizable through the artist's modernist technique.
Puts me in the mind of Katz, Bacon or Wesselman. Art rocks!

Wow is right -- these paintings are awesome.
They remind of the artwork of Gilles Barbier, whose sculpture was in the Whitney a few years back.
