June 7 is Drawing Day
A new website to encourage drawing, doodling, and creativity has chosen June 7, 2008 as the first annual Drawing Day. From the site:
a worldwide drawing event encouraging everyone to drop everything and draw for the sake of art. The internet is an open canvas. Help us create 1 million drawings online this day and boost online art communities.
Now, we know our readers already draw every day (right?), but we’re happy to support anything that gets the rest of the world drawing, too. So mark your calendars!
Sounds interesting, but is it me or is there no actual mention of the “new website” by name and no link to get there?
