Cover Band: paintings on classic album art
The Cover Band show at Gallery 1988 in L.A. runs from October 7th – October 31st, and you can check out all the great pieces on their site. Artists were each given a classic vinyl album cover to use as their canvases. Shown here is Kiersten Essenpreis’s take on the Ramones’ Rocket to Russia.
