I love picnic and splashup. Photoshop will remain on top but these online drawing tool can cetainly be useful for someone who has a website and just want to make ajustment or minor modifications to a pictures!

I like the freeware program Irfanview for quick, simple photo editing tasks. This is what I usually install for novice clients – and I see it on library computers so others must have the same idea.
