It’s not rare for an illustrator to spice up their portfolio with an updated style or a revamped look, but it’s not so often that someone’s style differs this much. Check out the image we posted when we first saw the work of Adam Nickel, and then visit his new portfolio, Kilowatt Kat.

I was a fan of Adam’s model-making approach to 3D rendering, and likewise, I’m a fan of his acute ability to reproduce the look of old printed matter.
