Once again I find myself wishing I could speak Spanish just to understand some comics. This time, however, I find it’s not entirely necessary. Chilean cartoonist Alberto Montt is the very definition of a good cartoonist, because I don’t even need to read the words to enjoy his cartoons — many of them can be understood instantly (in addition to being wonderfully drawn and textured).
More illustrations over at his Flickr page!
Update: Even MORE of his work can be found at Taller Illustracion, a grop blog of Chilean artists, as well as his OTHER blog: Stuff I Illustrate When I Illustrate Stuff. (Thanks, Joel!)
