Keeley Carrigan (a.k.a. Bloo Empire) resides in Charlotte, North Carolina where he spends his time adding to his already impressive volume of work. According to his artist statement, the time he spent as a kid playing with Legos and building super hero costumes has carried over to his life today and has had a profound effect on the work he is currently doing.
