Carson Ellis

If you’re a fan of The Decemberists, then you’re already familiar with the work of Carson Ellis. Carson, who did all the illustration work for The Decemberists website plus several of their album covers, has a style that is both beautiful and haunting. Delicate linework combined with a simple color palette gives her illustrations the feeling of a forgotten treasure from a past life. Her website should certainly be bookmarked and referred too for constant inspiration.
