Comic Character Pinbacks

Collector Mark Lansdown has a great collection of vintage comic character pinbacks from the 1890s to the 1950s. It’s almost sad to see how strongly comic strips were used as selling points for newspapers back then, when today editors no longer seem to care about the ‘funny pages’. Well, one thing’s for certain, and that’s that Little Orphan Annie sure loves Red Cross Macaroni!
