that's amazing and more power to him. I've had nothing but frustration trying to paint on the ipad. i can't get the feel of it with a finger and i can't find a stylus that I like. meh.

That's awesome, but the interface looks super annoying

It's very impressive but I too would prefer a stylus and touch sensitivity. Perhaps we should lobby wacom or apple? It wouldn't be a huge market but they wouldn't have any competition either.

Fantastici! I've tried myself and it's not easy as it seems! Congratulations, David. Ana Maria

It really doesn't make for an interesting result.

I'm stunned at the nuance David got with a finger on the iPad. Dude who said it wasn't an interesting result — wha?

That is really cool

I really like the possibilities the iPad hold for cartoonists like me. I just purchased a 27″ iMac a couple of months ago and can't rationalize running out and getting one but soon…very soon.

WOW! painted in 3 hours and no mess. Although I find painting on computers really frustrating and I'd miss the smell of oils.

It'd be cool to see the final result, just to see how he dealt with the detail that you can't really see in the youtube video. I'd be interested to see how painting on the iPad could facilitate learning and rapid idea development rather than act as a replacement for other more nuanced tools.

Just goes to show you, any new thing is just another tool for the artist, if you are a good artist you can pretty much do good work on anything.
