While I’m generally not a fan of violence for violence’s sake, when done right cartoon violence is a thing of beauty. Mad & Bad follows a tradition laid down by the likes of Spy vs. Spy, Tom & Jerry, and Itchy & Scratchy. Clearly it’s not as good as any of those, but it comes in a well-designed package and makes for a pleasant enough distraction.
