i’m not sure at all which i liked most… i can see why you chose the one with the skeleton though

his installations remind me of Thomas Demand’s work, he also works with paper, but i guess he has a different approach cause he only takes photos of his work and doesn’t actually display it in galleries “in the flesh”, like Peter does (i liked the staircases and ladders made of paper – they probably look less real in person but still amazing).

I couldn’t really find much on him on the internet that’s any good, that’s the best so far, but I’ll keep looking:

There’s a lot of light and shadow play in his work… kinda like those Chinese shadow puppets.
It’s a lot more modern than Callesen’s approach… mainly because it’s abstract, though. There’s a lot of that going on these days, but usually I don’t see this use of paper. I guess paper isn’t contemporary enough for young artists or something.
