Phillip Fivel Nessen

Phillip Fivel Nessen is a junior in art school, but his work his already top notch. I wish there were more samples on his site.

    that’s a refreshing change from stuff i see normally. slightly anachron, reminds me of old chinese scroll paintings without being completely irreverent.

    It is kind of a wonky website for perusal I agree but after you click through the “intro” screen there’s a couple little boxes you can click on. The three with the art I liked have mouse over text in the bottom left of the window that say “des betes, des femmes & le reste.”

    I just think his style and attention to detail are fantastic.
