I had the pleasure of meeting Graham and some of the other Hickee crew at APE some years back when we were both at the Alternative Comics table. I loved Grickle, but i think animation is Graham’s real strong suit–these animations have such a distinct voice, and blow away everything he’s done that doesn’t move. They remind me just a little of Friz Freleng’s Pink Panther in tone and in the spareness of the animation, but Graham’s definitely got his own thing going on! Can’t wait to see more!
