Steampunk Star Wars

I saw these great illustration of Steampunk version of Star Wars by Eric Poulton last week, but I think I was secretly hoping that more images would surface before posting it. This crazy Death Star did the trick, I guess. I love the low-tech meets high-tech aesthetic of steampunk, and as a twenty-something male, I can’t help but have Star Wars in my blood, so of course I love the combination of the two. Besides, I always knew Chewbacca was a dog after having seen Spaceballs.

    these are fantastic! i especially love eric’s take on han solo and mr. chewbacca and the comment one viewer left that he didn’t think the wookiee could be imporved upon until he saw this version.
