You should see the creatures from the numerous Toho Tokusatsu movies (especially the Godzilla films) and Ultra Series (which mostly inspired the monsters in Pokemon), among other things.

And yes, Japanese creatures have always been my favorite kinds! They’ve always been so wonderful and colorful. They have been a huge inspiration in my work.

How unfortunate she happens to be a particularly fine example of a viperous art-school pedant.

It’s difficult to savor her work when I also watch her harangue amateurs on deviantart, getting her IRC buddies to back her up.
