Video tour of New Yorker cartoonist’s studio

Cartoonist, Mick Stevens, shows us around his studio in this video.

“This is my idea box, which is a little empty at this point… located conveniently next to the trash can here.”

Stevens lives in Florida, which dispels the notion that I’ve always had of all New Yorker cartoonists living in Manhattan and suffering high rent for their art.

That was pretty useless. Terrible hand held shots, a commentary that imparts zero information. I love looking into artists studios and I’d like you to post more, but please, not like this.

    Bor-ing. Blah, blah, nothing.
Actually, I think the camera work was worse.
Or was it the jazz music? We get it! You’re a snob.
    Sorry, guys. Bad post.

1 out of 3 (Above) got the joke. Humor is so illusive, isn’t it?

    A Mess-

You got me! I didn’t get it!
In fact, I quit watching around the moment he introduced his library of books.
Humor is supposed to be… funny. Nothing about it was funny (up to the point I quit watching).
I love to laugh, though. Guess I’ll keep looking.
    So, enjoy your illusiveness!
