Cartoonists are writers as well as illustrators, so it would only make sense that some smart cartoonist out there in the blogosphere would eventually create a comic strip about writing, right? Enter Debbie Ridpath Ohi, writer, cartoonist, illustrator, lover of all things chocolate, and creator of the adorable weekly comic strip and blog Will Write For Chocolate. Every week Debbie creates a new comic strip about some interesting aspect of the world of freelance writing, as seen through the eyes of her hilarious suffering writer protagonists Eliza and Mimi. Debbie also writes a companion post with the strip, discussing in detail the subject of the strip. It’s informative, entertaining, and always fun! Debbie also hosts a great resource site for writers called Inkygirl, and you can find a ton of her writer-related cartoons here. Blog TO just recently interviewed Debbie, too. What a busy gal!
