I love it so much! It’s cartoony, which I think is an element that is lacking in a lot of short animated films. Lovely water colour and inking quality too.

I lost to this film in several festivals and never was I so proud to lose. This film is amazing. Funny, clever, really well animated and gorgeously simple. One of my favorite short films of the last few years.

oh, wow, i’m so happy to see this again! i caught this randomly a couple years ago at a calarts student animation show because my friend’s roommate’s little sister was showing a piece. this was far and away my favorite–i loved the delicate watercolors and vintage illustration style–but i couldn’t find out anything about it or the artist and ended up forgetting about it. i’m so happy to see nicole is getting the recognition she deserves for this beautiful film. thank you for finding this for me again!
