Vampires of Geona

1991, Gennady Tishchenko

While it's easy enough to enjoy Gennady Tishchenko's Vampires of Geona on a purely ironic level while you spark up a bowl, it's hard to deny that there's some genuine charm to the earnestness of this oddball soviet science fiction story—not the least of which is the characters who are clearly designed to look like Arnold Schwarzenegger and Sylvester Stallone. And I dare you to say the music insn't out of this world. Be sure not to miss part two: Masters of Geona.
