Sisyphyus. Buddy. I feel ya. Every day is a bit like this.

Okay, despite old Sisyphus here making noises like that one dude at the gym who wants you to know he's really giving it, Marcell Jankovics's take on the classic Greek myth remains one of the great examples of the animated human form. Every brushstroke is as expressive as the animation itself. This is one worth pausing and examining frame by frame.

And as abstract as it is, everything about this struggle from the increasing weight of the stone to the fleeting satisfaction of even the smallest bit of progress—all if it feels real. A bit too real.
